Description

The PRTBAPMDV is an intermittent duty device specifically used to power up the Digitrip™ family of trip units. This permits easy bench testing and field testing of the trip units as well as displaying data, settings and the initial configuring of communication address and baud rates. Additionally, the module will power an OPTIMizer™ handheld programmer. This device permits an input voltage from 100VAC to 240VAC. The output is a regulated DC voltage (nominally 32VDC) when loaded into a Digitrip circuit. The output cable is six feet (1.8m) in length with a keyed output connector. In general, when the connector is inserted into the aux power port of the Digitrip product, the status LED should flash, with a one second repetition rate, confirming the trip unit is powered up.
